The work:
As part of a major initiative to strengthen the Cancer Institute’s capability in monitoring and evaluating the impact of its programs, Greg Masters has designed and delivered a suite of training programs for the Institute.
The programs span from introductory workshops for all Institute staff to more advanced intensive, hands-on evaluation workshops considering actual Cancer Institute programs.
The program has led to the adoption of a common language around program evaluation and assisted in building a stronger evaluation culture across the Cancer Institute.
