Friedman’s RBA

“The RBA framework that we developed with Nexus has formed the basis for organisational reporting at all levels within the organisation….. For the first time we are able to see the impact of our services on the communities we serve. The organisational review has also enabled us to re-structure services so that management and operational delivery is more streamlined and relevant to our strategic plan.”

Planning and measuring results for clients and communities

Greg Masters has been trained by Mark Friedman in his Results-Based Accountability (RBA) approach, a plain English, practical model that aims to produce measurable improvements for communities and clients.

RBA has been widely adopted by NSW government agencies and non government organisations as an approach for evaluating programs and services.

Greg is one of the most experienced RBA practitioners in Sydney.
