Stephanie Drysdale is the principal of the Drysdale Consultancy Group and has worked with Nexus on a number of projects including a major change management initiative to reform the regulatory strategy at the NSW Office of Fair Trading.

With proven expertise in planning, evaluation and change management

across a range of program and service delivery areas, Stephanie has extensive senior management experience in the public sector, including secondment to the NSW Council on the Cost of Government and the development and delivery of regulatory, funding and quality assurance services in the vocational education and training sector.

Jill Hardwick has run her own consulting business since 1993 following a career of over fifteen years in government health departments and health services in Australia and Canada. Jill is a specialist health planner and has extensive experience in clinical service planning for Areas/LHDs, facilities and non-government organisations and has developed numerous

plans for specific health services level (including child health, geriatrics, rehabilitation, cancer genetics, palliative care, HIV, viral hepatitis, spinal cord injury, mental health and drug and alcohol). She has a Bachelor of Arts degree (Economics and Geography) and a Master of Science (Health Services’ Planning) degree.

Ashley Pennington is the principal of Zyhber Business Solutions and for over seven years has provided executive support to Nexus, including desktop publishing, client liason, research and data analysis. Prior to establishing ZBS, Ashley worked in various roles in the

training and management consulting industries - including Finance & Information Manager, Executive Assistant and Office Manager. She holds a bachelors of business in marketing and management.
