The work:
Nexus facilitated two planning days for Inner West Council’s Community Service and Culture Team. There was a need to create a common understanding of where the team was heading for the next two years, what a thriving inner west community looked like, and what priority actions would help them achieve that.
The team identified indicators for the IWC community and indicators for the IWC team itself, as well as priority projects that would assist them in achieving these targets.
