Greg Masters is the director of Nexus Management Consulting which is celebrating its 30th birthday in 2026! Nexus specialises in the public and not-for-profit sectors and Greg has extensive experience in designing, conducting and reporting on evaluations of a wide diversity of programs and services, across the health, environmental, justice and economic development sectors.

Prior to establishing Nexus, Greg was the principal consultant in the (former) Program Evaluation Unit in the NSW Premier’s Department and led a planning and evaluation unit in a large NSW government agency. He is a member of the NSW committee of the Australian Evaluation Society.

Greg has designed and delivered evaluation workshops for a wide diversity of government and non-government organisations and is an engaging and energetic facilitator. He brings a practical, real-world perspective to his workshops using real-life case studies.
