Nexus Management Consulting is currently hiring for a Graduate Management Consultant.
Nexus Management Consulting is a small, Sydney-based business that was established in 1996. We help organisations in the public and not-for-profit sectors change for the better and achieve better results for their clients and communities.
Our services include strategic planning, program evaluation, management review, designing change management strategies, policy and service development and we also design and deliver a number of executive and management development programs, including a post-graduate program.
We are looking for a recent graduate for an initial appointment at 20 hours per week (flexible timing) with the possibility of moving into full-time arrangements. You will have a diverse mix of responsibilities: conducting research, gathering and analysing data, preparing reports, liaising with clients and assisting in running facilitated discussions. You will also contribute to business development activities and you will be an important part of a small, passionate team that enjoys its work.
The successful applicant will have a degree (or is near-completion) in a relevant discipline (e.g. government, political science, public administration, economics, social sciences etc) and may be studying a postgraduate degree. You will be an enthusiastic self-starter comfortable with flexible working arrangements and you will have superior written and oral presentation skills. You will share our commitment to social justice and making a difference for our clients.
