- facilitation of client focus groups to provide feedback to your organisation
- facilitation of focus groups with staff to identify management issues and to design potential solutions
- facilitation of meetings to resolve conflict and clarify roles and responsibilities.
Each facilitation process is designed in collaboration with the client. However, a group’s actions during a facilitated meeting cannot always be forecast precisely and Nexus consultants have the skills to recognise new directions and quickly adapt the facilitation design to reflect these new priorities, all while ensuring the group addresses all original goals.
