Development of Monitoring and Evaluation Plans

Nexus has developed a number of monitoring and evaluation (M&E) plans for NSW Health for a number of health strategies, programs and services. The plans set out program logic models, key evaluation questions and specify what data needs to be collected for ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

The M&E plans have been developed to meet NSW Treasury requirements ad encompass process, outcome and economic evaluation components. Our work spans a variety of NSW Health initiatives including:

• the NSW virtual care strategy
• implementation of the single digital patient record
• mental health service reforms
• hospital-in-the-home services
• reforms to divert patients from emergency departments
• the health outcomes and patient experience program
• a new menopause service
• a virtual rural generalist service.
