Client: Northern Sydney Primary Health Network
At the end of 2020, the Northern Sydney Primary Health Network (NSPHN) and the Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) developed a Joint Regional Plan for Mental Health, Suicide Prevention and Alcohol and Other Drugs, 2021-2026. This plan was the result of consultation with local consumers to improve service coordination and integration at the local level for mental health, suicide prevention and alcohol and other drugs.
The first priority area within this joint plan addresses the need to engage a regional leadership group to oversee the plan’s implementation. Nexus has been invited to facilitate a workshop with key PHN and LHD stakeholders to develop the implementation plan.
