Client: Australian and New Zealand Child Neurology Society
Nexus was engaged by the Australian and New Zealand Child Neurology Society (ANZCNS) to design their strategic planning for 2021-2023. Nexus previously worked with the society on the development of their 2018-2020 plan, and following the successes in recent years, the society engaged Nexus to work with the Board in developing the 2021-2023 plan.
The process involved individual consultations with board members to discuss key achievements and areas that need further development, alongside a half-day strategic workshop with the board to discuss the common themes from the consultations. The findings from this workshop were used to create the strategic plan which has a new vision for the board and highlights the key areas of action for the association to meet their established priorities.
