The Australian Council on Healthcare Standards (ACHS) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that accredits hospitals and health facilities against national standards.
The ACHS chief executive commissioned Greg Masters to design, facilitate and report on a strategic planning process for the organisation. The output was a draft strategic plan to guide the organisation over the next five years.
